About

From the floor of my living room to the gym.

I'm Tyler Chessa. I coach busy men to build real muscle without getting soft. This is how I got here.

Where it started

No gym. No excuses.

I started training at home. No equipment worth mentioning. Just push-ups, pull-ups, dips and whatever I could hang from.

Calisthenics taught me discipline. It taught me to show up when nobody's watching. It taught me control, and it got me lean.

That's where @suprfitlife started too. Short, honest home sessions that people could actually follow.

The ceiling

Lean wasn't the same as built.

Then I hit a wall. I was fit and I was lean, but I wasn't adding size. Bodyweight training has a ceiling for muscle. You run out of ways to make it harder before you run out of room to grow.

I wanted more. More muscle, more strength, a physique that looked like the work I was putting in. So I walked into the gym.

The shift

Muscle became a project.

In the gym I stopped training for the session and started training for the result. Every lift tracked. Every week a little heavier. Calories and protein set on purpose, not by feel.

I treated sleep and recovery like part of the program, because they are. I learned the basics of bloodwork and supplements so I could make better decisions with my doctor, not instead of them.

The difference showed up fast. It wasn't magic. It was structure. You can watch it happen on my Instagram.

Why I coach

Too many guys train hard for nothing.

I see it every day in my DMs. Guys in their late twenties and early thirties. Busy jobs. They show up to the gym four times a week and they look the same as last year.

They don't need more motivation. They need a plan that fits their life, someone watching the data, and someone to hold them to it.

That's BUILT16. Sixteen weeks of doing the right things, in the right order, with me in your corner.

What I believe

What I believe

  • 01

    Fundamentals win

Progressive overload, enough protein, enough food, enough sleep. Most people never do these consistently for 16 weeks. Do that and you're ahead of almost everyone.

  • 02

    Data over feelings

Bodyweight trend, waist, lifts, photos. We make decisions from numbers, not from a bad day in the mirror.

  • 03

    Your life is the constraint

A plan you can't run on a busy week is a bad plan. I build around your job, not the other way round.

  • 04

    Honest coaching

If something isn't working, I'll tell you. If you're not a fit, I'll tell you that too.
