These terms apply to your use of tylerchessa.com and to coaching services provided by Tyler Chessa (“we”, “us”). By using the site or applying for coaching, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to apply for or buy coaching.

Coaching services

BUILT16 is an online fitness coaching program. It includes training programming, nutrition targets, check-ins, and education on recovery and lifestyle. The exact scope, length and format are confirmed in writing before you start. Submitting an application doesn't guarantee a place in the program.

Not medical advice

Coaching is not medical care. Please read our Disclaimer. You confirm that you've talked to a healthcare provider where appropriate, and you'll tell us about any injury or condition that could affect your training.

Payments and refunds

Fees, payment schedule and refund terms are set out in your coaching agreement and confirmed before you pay. Unless your agreement says otherwise, fees for coaching already delivered are non-refundable.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information in your application and check-ins.
• Train safely, within your limits, and use proper equipment.
• Follow the law where you live, including on supplements and other substances.

No guarantees

We give you our best coaching, but results depend on many things outside our control. We don't guarantee any specific outcome, including any amount of muscle gained or fat lost.

Intellectual property

Programs, videos, written content and branding (including the BUILT16 name) belong to Tyler Chessa. They're for your personal use only. Please don't resell, share or republish them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any injury that comes from your participation. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for coaching in the previous three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
